Where have I been?

In April of 2007 I accepted a position as a 4th Grade teacher.  It was probably one of the best decisions and most fulfilling opportunities I have ever taken.  However, because of this new position, and the job I have always had I was working two jobs.  This left no time to write or even look at a website.

Will I be updating?

In the end the answer will be no for now.  The reason is that I've been asked in April of this year to go to Mexico and tutor a missionary's family in coming to college here in America.  This means I will be gone for almost a year.  I won't know for sure if I have this position until July, but all indicators look good.  If I do receive this opportunity then I will not have access to this website at all.

What does that mean for the site?

I want to keep it as I've had it for many, many years so it will remain what it has been for a year: an archive.  The great news, if you want to look at this way, is my desire to write has not left.  I am currently re-working my Supernatural story (which will not be seen here)* to make into what could actually be a book.

I've also been writing short stories, so perhaps before I leave for a year I can get those up.

So, thanks to all of you who have visited the site or currently look at it.  I appreciate it so much.  I hope to continue to writing, so thank you for being my first fans.
